You want to get your license back so, why would you hire an attorney to do that? I can think of two reasons. One is because maybe some of your fines have gone in collections and you’ll want to get, you’ll save a lot of money not going to the Collections people, not going to Pen Credit or whatever, but going to an attorney and having an attorney pull those back from Collections through a judge. Also, frequently people have their license suspended for child support issues.
Now, that turns into a thing; you can hire an attorney, and I can certainly go do this, I do this all the time, go down and get a child support purge for you. So, we’ll have a child support hearing and we’ll work it out with them. Also, some people have old crashes they have liens on, we can negotiate those old liens. So, we have ways that maybe you don’t without an attorney, or that would be very difficult for you or very expensive for you without an attorney to pull those back.
But the to get licensed back. Now, sort of a side issue is that people normally come in after they’ve been pulled over while they have a case. You don’t have to do that. If you know your license is suspended, you can come to talk to me right now before you have a case.
