So what happens if you have bad injuries and the insurance company just doesn’t want to move? They do not want to work with us, or they give us a bad offer.
Every case is different, it depends on the circumstance, it depends on the case. But if they make a bad offer, your injuries are bad, and they don’t want to move, there are only two things we can do. One would be to take a bad offer, which is not recommended. Two would be to file a lawsuit against them.
Insurance companies hire adjusters that may be a little bit hard or a challenging person to do business with and that person is trying to really not pay for injuries that you’re suffering because they’re trying to protect your insurance company or they’re just not nice people. Whatever the case might be, whether they may be having a bad day, there’s a lot of things that could be affecting that person because you are one of the hundreds of files on that person’s desk.
Some of Justice are just like that and they make it very difficult. So, there are two options we find CRM which is basically us telling Tallahassee that that insurance company is acting in bad faith in a way that they should have paid and they’re not paying so and then it goes to a supervisor. If nothing happens from there if the offers don’t change and then the recommendation is to file a lawsuit. If we file a lawsuit it’s a little bit more time commitment on both sides and there is a question discovery that you’ll have to answer to and discovery that the party must answer as well. But when we get to this point, I’ll explain to you step by step of how the litigation process works. Give us a call at 813.421.3411 today.
