One of the questions that I get and this is on the personal injury side-What happens if you’re involved in a car accident and you don’t have insurance? or you’re a passenger in a car accident and you don’t have insurance, are you covered? The answer is if you don’t have insurance if you don’t have a car under your name you can still qualify under the PIP for the person that you were you in the car with. As far as for medical and lost wages, we can still sue the other carrier for coverages. That comes up quite a bit.
Also, we had a scenario now that was a passenger in the car, it was a three-car accident issue of liability and so we’re literally going through that at the moment and they’re trying not to pay on the property damage but they’ve accepted liability. So, what we can do in those scenarios, we can follow up it’s going to see are in and it’s basically complaining to Tallahassee when the insurance company is acting and in bad faith to make them pay.
