Business litigation involves disputes arising from business and or commercial relationships and transactions. This may include vendors, customers, clients, competitors, bankers, financial advisers, parties to a contract or third parties.
When business disputes arise they are usually the result of misrepresentation, failure to perform, failure to pay or other disagreements. Business litigation can become complex as often other parties need to be brought in to the process other than the parties initially involved. As a result, resolution of business disputes require careful review of contracts involved, information provided by parties, notices, correspondences, payment or lack thereof, and the like.
In these types of situations, legal experience and business experience allows us to plan a strategy which is based on the strength and weaknesses of our client’s case to ensure the best possible outcome for our client.
